According to the signed agreement, in order to obtain the building permit, we will execute an comprehensive projects and as a general concractor we will construct an office building with an area of about 300 m<sup>2</sup> and a production hall with social facilities with a total area of 1.650 m<sup>2</sup>. We will also construct a warehouse with an area of 4.980 m<sup>2</sup> with a necessary infrastructure. The investor is the leader among Polish manufacturers of modern granulated calcium fertilizers for agricultural and horticultural purpose. The proof of the dynamic development and of being successful are numerous awards which the company Liedmann has been awarded. The scope of our work will include construction of foundations with groundworks, road and installation works, delivery and assembly of the halls with the industrial floors, construction and finishing of the social part and office building.
