Investition with the total usable area of 5.660 m2 in Głogów for the HURTAP Company S.A., one of the leaders of pharmaceutical sector. The HURTAP Company S.A. is an innovative firm involved in pharmaceutical products distrubution in Poland. The company is taking off and expanding the range of its activity. We take pride in participating in the development of such an outstanding company. The CoBouw Company prepared their own architectural concept of the investment together with 3D visualisations. It resulted in developing a modern office building that emphasised the character and dynamism of the HURTAP Company S.A. The range of colours used in the design relates to the company’s logotype and it perfectly goes with its visual image. The CoBouw Polska signed a contract for complex execution of the investment along with a full-line design and obtaining a building permit. The scope of works will include: laying foundations together with earthworks, supply and assembly of a complete warehouse hall, partition walls, a social-office part in the hall, a modern social-office building along with finishing works, industrial flooring and all internal and external systems.
