The facility will be constructed in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, in the Łobez subzone.

Design
The colour of the object will be maintained in grayscale. The two-storey office part will be distinguished by a dark graphite front elevation. The office building will gain a representative and modern character thanks to the use of large glazing. The main entrance to the building will be accentuated by a slightly extended portal made of clinker brick.
