Fifth investment for Sun Garden Poland

We cooperate with Sun Garden Poland for the fifth time already. So far, we have constructed 4 warehouse halls and an office building with a total area of nearly 30,000 m2 for the Investor. Currently, we are going to prepare a detailed design of the structure and build 8,000 m2 of warehouse.

Investor

Sun Garden is a German family company which has been operating on the Polish market for many years. The company is a manufacturer of garden furniture, textiles for home and garden, mattresses and continental beds.

Localisation

The hall will be constructed in Malanów, on the land owned by the Investor. The warehouse will be built in the vicinity of the facilities we have constructed for the Investor in the past.
