Madison company, which has registered seat in the Netherlands, produces cushions and garden umbrellas, decorative pillows and pet beds. Madison is a company with family tradition, existing since 1977. Madison's products currently have a recipient group in many countries in the world. Madison's advantage is manual production, uses robust and innovative materials. Also, the design of the textiles used is always consistent with modern trends and current fashion. Madison collections are created in cooperation with the best designers.
Localisation
The investment will be realized in Łask (Łódź Voivodship), only 35 km from Łódź. Currently in Łask is located a local branch of Madison company in Poland. But the dynamic development of the company has caused a demand for a larger, functional building adapted to the size of production to be achieved in near future.
Project
The project includes the extension of the existing plant to a production and storage hall and a social building. The hall as steel construction will be built on the basis of a full-scale, professional architectural and construction project necessary to obtain a building permit.
The scope of work
Our works as a contractor of the designed facility will include:
- complex branch building design
- groundworks with foundations
- delivery and comprehensive installation of the hall
- realization of an industrial floor
- realization of a social building with finishing works
- realization of roads and manoeuvring places for heavy transport (within a framework
of external infrastructure)
Design
The realized investment implies the creation of a functional, aesthetic facility, adjusted to the investor’s planned increase of the production, which in turn will have an impact on further Madison’s development.
