For EcoPet, we will build a turnkey warehouse with a social and office area.

We are going to build a SBU warehouse for JF Development. With a total area of approximately 3,500 m2, the building will bring together seven business modules tailored to the needs of tenants.

We are proud to announce our third construction project for Viscon Group Poland. We are going to design and build a turn-key production hall with social and office building with a total area of more than 3,000 m2.

We have signed a contract with another global brand, Raben Real Estate Poland. We will expand the Raben Logistics Centre in Cholerzyn with a transit cross-docking warehouse. The warehouse will be built in a hybrid structure and equipped with 31 loading and unloading docks.

We are starting work alongside Hyundai Engineering, the general contractor on a greenfield project to build a copper foil production facility for the automotive industry. The investor, Korean company SK Nexilis, plans to start production before the end of 2024.

This is the fifth time that we sign a contact with the German company Hörmann. We will build another 12,000 m2 hall for this Europe's largest gate manufacturer.

We continue our cooperation with Indeka Logistic City. We have signed a contract for the design and construction of the third stage of the investment.

We close up this year with a contract for turnkey construction of a warehouse hall, connecting hall and an office building with a total area of 9,000 m2. This project has been entrusted to us by Thale (formerly Niczuk). A distinguishing element will be a decorative floral pattern on the front façade of the office building.

We start cooperation with PLS ONE. For this new client, we will build a warehouse with social and office space. This turnkey facility, with a total area of over 7,500 m2, will be built on the basis of an individual design.

Wena Ad Agency, owner of an extraordinary head office that looks like a speed racing car, has recently become our customer. For this creative agency based in Oława, we will design and build a turnkey exhibition and storage hall with an area of 5,500 m2.
