Construction of a fruit separation facilities for E.C.O.

for the Europejskie Centrum Owocowe, with the total usable area for 13,000 m2. The range of works includes: to prepare an alternative design and to construct, under the General Construction contract, a fruit separation facilities (including the welfare facilities and the office spaces) – with the total area of approx. 9,400 m², a mezzanine – with the total area of 3,600 m², and four air-conditioned chambers - with the total area of 800 m². CoBouw is responsible for the whole construction process, including the foundation works and the earthworks, delivery and erection of a complete fruit separation hall, construction of partition walls, cold rooms, welfare facilities and office spaces and a mezzanine (including finishing works), industrial flooring and all the internal and external installations.
