Expansion of a logistics centre for Indeka Logistic City

We are just about to start the second stage of works for Indeka Logistic City. In 2019 we were proud to be general contractor of the first out of four planned warehouse halls. According to the Investor’s intention, these four facilities will create a logistics centre with a total area of 40.000 m2.

The expansion of the logistics centre for Indeka Logistic City will already be our 21^st project completed in Słupsk and its surroundings. This multi-stage investment aiming at construction of the entire logistics centre with the total area of 40,000 sqm is developed in Płaszewko, in the Special Economic Zone of Słupsk.
