Investition for FOLIAREX sp. z o.o.
We signed a contract with the Polish investor company FOLIAREX Sp. o.o. Under the agreement, we will prepare a full construction project in order to obtain a building permit and comprehensively we are going to implement production and warehouse hall with social-office space with a total area of 2.600 m2 in Stęszew.
FOLIAREX is a rapidly growing company operating in the sector of plastics and plastic films. Among the wide range of products offered by the Group FOLIAREX some should be distinguished above all: protective films, packaging films, construction films and gardening films. The scope of our work will include construction of foundations with groundworks, construction of road works and installation, delivery and assembly of the hall with the industrial floor, turnkey finish as well as finish of social-office part.
