Our next contract will be completed in Zamość. For MultiMax, a specialist in the field of electrical heating, we will design and build a turnkey production and warehouse hall with a social and office building. The facility will be distinguished by the office part, where we have concentrated stylistic efforts in the form of elegant glazing and energetic colors. The total area of the investment is 7.000 m2.

We are going to extend the existing Marcos’ production plant erected in 2013 with a new production hall including a social and office part. Once it is implemented, the total area of the whole factory will be over 5.000 m2.

We are just about to start the second stage of works for Indeka Logistic City. In 2019 we were proud to be general contractor of the first out of four planned warehouse halls. According to the Investor’s intention, these four facilities will create a logistics centre with a total area of 40.000 m2.

We have just concluded our fifth contract with the Dutch company Addit. We are going to erect a 5.000 m2 production and warehouse hall comprising office, social and technical space. This would make a total of 23.000 m2 of space developed for this Investor.

Another construction for Oras that we will take care of will cover a grinding and polishing hall. This investment, once implemented, would make a total of nearly 10.000 m2 of space developed for Oras.

A hall for Poltrakt with an area of over 3,500 m2 will be our next construction project for the logistics industry. We are providing an “all-inclusive” service comprising the design and construction.

We have signed the 7th contract with Sun Garden Polska. The newly designed hall will reach an area of almost 5,000 m2.

We are pleased to announce that we are working for Oras Olesno again. 5.000 sqm of a turnkey hall completed in 2007 will now be expanded by another 3,000 sqm of production and warehouse space. The new hall will be used as a galvanizing plant for sanitary fittings produced by the Investor.

We have just signed the sixth contract with Meblomaster.

We have signed a contract with foreign Investor. We will design and build a hall of over 6,000 m2. The company's new facility will be built in Jastrów.
