Warehouse facility with office building for Thale

We close up this year with a contract for turnkey construction of a warehouse hall, connecting hall and an office building with a total area of 9,000 m2. This project has been entrusted to us by Thale (formerly Niczuk). A distinguishing element will be a decorative floral pattern on the front façade of the office building.

Investor

Our customer in this project is Thale, formerly Niczuk, a Polish manufacturer of various fixing and installation elements and materials.

Localisation

Wilimowo on the outskirts of Olsztyn.

Project

We have developed a construction design covering 9.000 m² in total. The warehouse will cover over 7.000 m², the connecting hall nearly 1.000 m² and the office building over 1.000 m².
