CoBouw has developed, based on its original idea, an architectural concept of the investment, inclusive of 3D visualisations and a multimedia presentation resulting in the execution of a modern office building emphasising the dynamics of JOTA GROUP with the colours applied providing a timeless aspect. Our vision has fully complied with the Investor’s expectations. CoBouw will execute the building in the ‘turn-key’ formula. The range of works covers production of foundations and execution of groundwork, delivery and installation of a complete warehouse-production hall, production of partition walls, construction of social-office building of steel panels and an aluminium façade (inclusive of finishing works), production of an industrial floor and all the internal and external systems as well as the entire external infrastructure.
