We are going to complete another investment for GG Tech. After 8 years from the first construction for this investor, we are going to build a 3.000 m2 production and warehouse hall with office space and employee amenities.

Investor

GG TECH operates in the mechanical industry. The main customers of our investor are production companies.

Localisation

The production hall along with the office space and employee amenities will be built in Piątek, in the Łódzkie Province, in the Łęczyca district. Not far away from the town, main national and European roads intersect: the A1 motorway, which is a part of the E75 and the A2 motorway, which is a section of the E30.
