General contracting for EWT Truck & Trailer Handels GmbH

We have signed a contract with EWT Truck & Trailer Handels, a partner of MERCEDES BENZ. The investor entrusted us with the construction of a truck servicing hall with a spare parts warehouse, sales office and an office building with employee amenities. The area of the investment, to be developed in the design-built formula, will be of about 2,200 m2.

Investor

EWT Truck & Trailer Handels is a partner of Mercedes Benz and the only Polish representative of Schmitz Cargobull, a manufacturer of trailers. The Investor's offer includes trailers of various types and purposes.

Localisation

The investment will be carried out in Komorniki, a town located in the Wielkopolskie Province, in the district of Poznań. The distance between Komorniki and Poznań is only 15 km. The plot of land on which the investment is to be developed is conveniently located. On the northern side it borders on the A2 motorway.
