We are pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement with the confectionery company "Olsza" Olbrysz. On the basis of its provisions, we will design and build a production and warehouse hall with office space and employee amenities and a confectionery workshop. We are extremely pleased to be able to enrich our portfolio with a facility for an investor operating in the food industry.

Investor

Olsza is a family confectionery operating in the confectionery industry for over 20 years. Nowadays, it has reached the status of one of the largest confectioneries in Warsaw.

Localisation

The facility will be built by us in Kolonia Lesznowola, in the Mazowieckie Province. The Lesznowola Commune borders on Warsaw and is only 17 km away from the capital city.
