For Dawstar, a bicycle manufacturer, we have designed a modern production hall with a social and office part to be built as a turnkey project. The area of the investment is 3.200 m2.

In Szczecin, we are building a commercial hall for a distributor of products for babies and children. It is going to be another such facility in our portfolio.

We start cooperation with Big Brands Group. For this Investor, we will design and build a turnkey warehouse hall with a social and office area of 4.600 m2.

We are stepping into the new year by concluding an agreement with Turenwerke on general contracting of the production and warehouse hall with office space with the area of more than 6000 m2. Target area of the project is 25,000 m2. Our visualizations of the facility and in particular our creative and bold design of skywalk were very much appreciated by the Investor.

On the area of the existing industrial complex, we will build a turnkey warehouse hall with a two-storey office and social area, of over 5.400 m2.

LS Bedding is another foreign investor who decided to entrust us with the implementation of their turnkey investment. A modern production and warehouse hall with a social and office part designed by us will refer to the company colours of the Investor.

We will expand the production and warehouse hall built for the company AdamS in 2014 and build a mechanised hall with a social and office part. The total area of the extension and construction of the new facility will amount to approx. 6.000 m2.

We were assigned by Intap to construct a production-warehouse hall with social-office building based on the ‘design and build’ formula. The area of the project will be nearly 11,500 m2.

This is our second project implemented for Drewco. Currently, we will be responsible for design and extension of the existing facility by a production hall and shelter.

The first hall for 2×3 was built in 2011. 5 years later, in 2016, we handed over to the Investor the keys to the completed second building. Currently we are starting work on the third investment for the company 2×3.
