We will implement another production-warehouse facility. Our investor is a CSA company which is operating in the metal industry. Entry to the construction site will be preceded by an architectural construction and a technology project. We plan to deliver keys to the finished object to CSA 9 months after the start of construction works.

Content Sulęcin, a company belonging to the Dutch holding company Content BV, commissioned us to design and build a turnkey production and storage hall with a social and office space of 2,000 m2.

We will build another hall for Leann Stańczyk. Almost 5 years after our previous investment, the investor entrusted us with the construction of a production plant with a social and office building and a galvanazing shop. The total area of the facility will exceed 6,500 sqm. The hall for Leann will be our 20th project in the Pomeranian Province.

We are pleased to announce our fourth contract with Addit company. We are going to design and built a turnkey production and warehouse hall with a social and office part of the total area of more than 5,000 sqm. In total, we have built over 13,000 sqm for Addit so far.

We are pleased to announce the project we are going to execute for DreamPen Dariusz Libera. The construction of their new production-and-warehouse facility, including social part and office building, will be preceded by preparation by us of an all-discipline building project, and obtaining the required building permit.

In the course of advanced construction works of the fourth facility for Meblomaster, we have signed an agreement on design and construction of the fifth hall. The area of the new facility will exceed 6,600 m2.

Foodco Vita has chosen us to be the designer and general contractor of their production and warehouse floor including social and office facility. We have prepared the concept and 3D visualisation of the project for the Investor, and moreover, we have originated a logo that identifies the Foodco Vita mark.

We are pleased to announce another project for the clothing industry which will enrich our portfolio. Italian Fashion, a popular manufacturer of lingerie and underwear, has chosen us to prepare a replacement project, and execute the construction of their warehouse facility including the social and office building. The investment will be executed in Lodz, our native town, and the total area will be almost 3.600 m2.

We are going to complete another investment for GG Tech. After 8 years from the first construction for this investor, we are going to build a 3.000 m2 production and warehouse hall with office space and employee amenities.
