Italian Fashion has been manufacturing underwear articles for women, men, and children for almost 30 years. The entire manufacturing process of Italian Fashion’s articles takes place in Poland - from creating the new designs up to offering finished, ready for sale products.

The investment for Italian Fashion will take place in Lodz.
Project
The warehouse and the social and office building will serve as a backup facility for the Italian Fashion production plant that already exists in Lodz.
The facility will be a combination of two separate structures. A two-storey office building which accommodates warehouse’s social-and-administration functions will be adjacent to the warehouse facility.

Design
A functional warehouse facility will be created. The area around the facility will be distinguished by an ergonomically planned road infrastructure.
